DescriptionGeorgia-Pacific is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to support the operations at the Green Bay Broadway facility. This person is responsible for providing specialized administrative support to operations managers and front-line leaders. This is an ideal role for a self-started who thrives working in a collaborative environment with excellent customer focus and well-developed interpersonal skills. This is a dynamic hands-on role, and you must be a self-directed problem solver who is able to multitask with a bias for action. The role reports to the VP of Manufacturing but works with all levels in the organization.What You Will Do In Your RoleAssist operations leaders with administrative duties and maintain strict adherences to confidentialityCoordinate new hire onboarding and help new hires with how to complete new hire checklist itemsCreate and monitor cases to resolve Kronos timekeeping issuesUtilize various systems to run requested reports and maintain databases for operationsCreate cases to administer employee actions, such as hire, termination, transfer, and pay changesProvide records management and records storage electronicallyCoordinate plant functions such as service awards, quarter century awards, etc.The Experience You Will BringRequirements:High School Diploma or GEDTwo (2) or more years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environmentExperience using Microsoft Office Suite. Prior experience with Microsoft Office Suite such as Word, Excel (pivot tables, data analysis/manipulation, formula creation), PowerPoint (presentation creation/editing) & OutlookWhat Will Put You AheadAssociate degree or higher in a Business or Administrative Professional programExperience working in a manufacturing environmentExperience using SAPExperience using Kronos for timekeeping purposesExperience in a human resources or payroll environmentOur goal is for each employee, and their families, to live fulfilling and healthy lives.
