MobilityWorks is currently seeking a Sales Administrator who will
play a crucial role in our operations. We strive to maintain a

Sales Administrator, here's what you'll be responsible for:
Welcoming clients professionally as they enter our facility.
Handling incoming calls and directing them appropriately in a
professional manner. Assisting the Sales and Service teams by
providing necessary documentation support. Preparing Vehicle
Delivery paperwork, including essential state DMV documents for
titling and registration purposes. You'll also manage the title
process and report title status in our system, MobilityForce.
Managing Accounts Receivable responsibilities, such as daily
deposits for sales, service, and rental departments, account
reconciliation, collection calls when required, and submitting
necessary paperwork to state and federal accounts for payment.
Overseeing the vehicle rental department, scheduling rentals,
training rental clients on adaptive equipment usage, preparing
contracts, invoicing, and filing all related paperwork on a monthly
basis. Processing and distributing incoming mail to the appropriate
departments at both the store and corporate levels. You'll also be
responsible for ordering general office supplies as needed.
Creating deal jackets for all inventory and managing their flow to
align with vehicle movement. Here's what we're looking for in an
ideal candidate: A high school diploma or GED is required.
Excellent customer service skills and experience are essential.
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are
