Job Description:
Customer Service Support
Marinette, WI
Pay Rate: $10/hour
5-6 Month Assignment
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY:
Directly responsible for handling customer/distributor needs as
they relate to items purchased to ensure timely deliveries to our
customer/distributors in order to maintain and potentially grow
sales for products.
Qualifications:
Education Required: High School diploma or equivalent required,
associate degree preferred
Experience Required:
Exceptional communications skills (verbal and written)
Experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel)
Data Entry
PRINCIPAL DUTIES:
*Accountable for handling customer/distributor purchase orders by
utilizing SAP business systems as stated in ISO 9001
procedures.
*Responsible for processing all credits, debits and return
material.
*Process customer invoices on a daily basis.
*Monitor and follow up on current and past due orders to provide an
accurate and timely response to customers/distributors.
*Assisting in scanning into our Document Managing System
(DMS).
