Manpower, a pioneer in providing tailored workforce solutions, is currently seeking a Security Guard Shack Worker to enhance facility security for our clients. The role involves guarding, patrolling, and monitoring premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules. Situated primarily in the security shack, the ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and vendors, ensuring a safe and secure environment. Monitor CCTV feeds and maintain surveillance equipment. Check incoming and outgoing vehicles and personnel to prevent unauthorized access. Maintain a log of visitors and vehicle movements. Conduct regular patrols around the premises to ensure all security measures are active. Coordinate with law enforcement and first responders in case of emergency. Report any suspicious activities or security breaches to the appropriate authorities. Ensure all security devices and equipment are in good working condition. Provide access control and verify identification and authorization of visitors. Knowledge of public safety and security protocols. Proficient in using surveillance systems. Strong observational skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle typical and crisis situations efficiently and effectively. Good communication skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Life Insurance 401k A valid security guard license. CPR and First Aid certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
