Description:Position: Graphic DesignerAbout the role:The Graphic Designer will be an integral part of helping bring the Jack Richeson & Co, Inc. brand to life. This person will work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software to create new design concepts, graphics, and layouts. Now is the time to be a part of something big!What you will be doing:Collaborate with various departments on ideating and executing creative vision and strategy.Assist in the brand creative process from ideation to asset execution in all channels, including but not limited to - product launch campaigns, packaging, social media, brand marketing, collateral, site design, and content creation.Work in partnership with all departments to concept and execute a full consumer experience, from brainstorming ideas to creating fully realized assets.Shoot products for social media images, web content and other digital and traditional collateral.Work collaboratively with Operations to create packaging assets for new and existing products.What you need: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related fieldKnowledge of Mac OS and Adobe Creative SuiteA minimum of 3 years of professional experience in brand, digital and packaging designKnowledge of print processes required - experienced using both traditional and web-based digital processes.Video editing experience (Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.) preferredExperience in capturing high quality photographyExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong presentation skills to varied audiences, and stakeholder groupsFriendly, engaging, and professional demeanorMust be thorough with a strong sense of attention to detail and the ability to follow throughDesire to learn, seek new challenges and to take on additional responsibilitiesDemonstrated problem solving skills and the ability to implement solutions quicklyProject planning and execution experienceCapable of multi-tasking and working on several projects at one timeMust work well under pressure with the ability to meet tight deadlinesProven ability to build internal relationships and interact with all levels of the organizationAbility to work independently and prioritize tasks effectivelyMust be resourceful and initiative-takingSelf-motivated, driven individual with collaborative communication styleThe determination to work harder than anyone you knowWhat we offer:Four-day workweeksCompetitive base salaryComprehensive benefit package including quality health insuranceTraditional 401k plan and company matchPaid time off including paid holidaysA chance to learn with and from interesting and enthusiastic colleaguesWhere you'll be: 557 Marcella Street, Kimberly, WI 54136The candidate will be required to work onsite.
