Requirements What You’ll Do: As a Child Care Teacher at Encompass, you will: Design and Implement Curriculum : Craft a dynamic curriculum centered on play and tailored to children’s interests, ensuring each child feels seen and valued. Foster Growth : Guide children in their early education journey, teaching them how to learn through play while promoting fun, creativity, and discovery. Collaborate and Learn : Work closely with our Center Directors and fellow educators, benefiting from continuous training and mentorship to enhance your teaching skills.
