Requirements What You’ll Do: As a Child Care Teacher at Encompass, you will: Design and Implement Curriculum : Craft a dynamic curriculum centered on play and tailored to children’s interests, ensuring each child feels seen and valued. Foster Growth : Guide children in their early education journey, teaching them how to learn through play while promoting fun, creativity, and discovery. Collaborate and Learn : Work closely with our Center Directors and fellow educators, benefiting from continuous training and mentorship to enhance your teaching skills. What We're Looking For: The ideal candidate for this role has: An Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood, Child Development, or Early Childhood Special Education A genuine passion for providing exceptional early education and care A collaborative spirit and a desire to grow professionally within a supportive community Current Opportunity: Our De Pere Center, located at 2000 Lawrence Drive in De Pere, is currently seeking an Infant/Toddler Teacher for the hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Why Choose Encompass?
