Position Location: Offices will be located at 1680 Bond St Green Bay and 2121 American Blvd De Pere, WI.

Job Overview - Responsible for developing and testing electrical designs to support all FyterTech manufacturing locations and the overall business goals and objectives. Provides leadership and guidance to drive positive metrics in overall plant operational performance, focused on machine capabilities that result in improved safety and service; while controlling and reducing cost.

Primary Responsibilities:
Program, modify, and troubleshoot PLC's on paper/non-woven converting and manufacturing lines
Proficiency with Siemens S7, Rockwell RsLogix 500/Studio 5000, and B+R Automation very desirable
Program and modify HMI and SCADA software
Proficiency with Aveva InTouch, Rockwell FactoryTalk View, Siemens WinCC, and Maple Systems Easybuilder
Knowledgeable in all current machine safety standards and directives.
Proficiency in completing machine risk assessments and safety system design and modification
Proficiency with safety devices such as safety devices and programable safety controllers
Knowledge of industrial communications networking, Ethernet I/P, Profinet, Modbus TCP/IP, and Modbus RTU.
Lead and/or support plant wide continuous improvement initiatives through a wide range of upgrades to existing assets and the development/acquisition of new assets
Automated data collection and reporting
Converting line automation, speed increases, and consistency improvements.
On-line inspections systems
Assist with commissioning and debugging new trial and production lines
Proficient in AutoCad LT for control circuit development
Experienced in plant electrical distribution systems including switch gear, distribution panels, starters and drives
Experienced with induction motors, servo motors, variable frequency drives, and servo drives from fractional hp to 600 hp
Coordinate with the maintenance group on preventative maintenance, machine repair, and predictive maintenance
Driving a required focus surrounding safety policies and compliance
Prepares project recommendations through the collection, analysis, and summation of data and trends
Maintains product and company reputation by complying with federal and state regulations.
Other special projects and duties as assigned

Requirements for Success:
Must be willing to travel up to 50% of the time
Leads/motivates by positive example, exhibiting a can-do attitude

Complies and enforces the policies set forth in the FyterTech Handbook
Good communication and negotiating skills, understands the importance of timely and complete communication to all who are impacted by a decision. Must be proficient in reading and writing English
Makes independent judgments relating to areas of responsibility with little supervision
High standards of accuracy and professionalism, with good attendance and the ability to work longer hours as needed
Computer skills to include MS Office products and the ability to learn reporting utilizing NPS databases
Must have excellent written & verbal communication skills, including mastery of English language
Ability to multi-task and interact with internal and external customers
Ability to facilitate small group interactions
Willing to get dirty on the plant floor as this is not a desk job; great opportunity for someone who likes to be directly involved from concept, through trial development to final commercialization and optimization
Ability to respectfully challenge and hold people accountable
Adaptability to a small company environment
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies

Education:
B.S. in electrical engineering or equivalent required

Required Experience :
10+ years of Electrical Engineer experience
Experience in manufacturing preferred
Knowledge in nonwovens, hot melt adhesives, and/or recycling is preferred
