The Opportunity:
The Automation & Controls Engineer Responsible for the coordination and execution of specific project activities. Applies technical leadership skills to deliver successful initiatives. Acts as a key enabler in leading and delivering results to address unique challenges found in manufacturing environments. Leads ongoing business, savings projects, and key initiatives and develops technical power controls & information systems solutions that address evolving business needs.
Job Qualifications
REQUIRED:

• 
  
• 
  BS/MS Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Systems, Electrical degrees are preferred
  
  
• 
  Entry-level with up to 4 years work experience.
  
  
• 
  Strong leadership, business problem definition, and priority setting skills
  
  
• 
  An aptitude for communicating insights and collaborating across teams/organizations
  
  
  PREFERRED:
  
  • 
    
  • 
    Experience with industrial PLC, especially with Rockwell Control Logix platforms
    
    
  • 
    Experience with computer and industrial networks.
    
    
    Starting Salary Range: $85-$115K
    Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience.
