Technician Job Description The Maintenance Technician is
responsible for machine repair and planning projects to ensure
safety, quality, and productivity objectives. This role involves
equipment and tooling fabrication as well as related associate
training to ensure continuous process improvements.
Responsibilities Perform machine repairs and plan projects to meet
safety, quality, and productivity goals. Engage in equipment and
tooling fabrication. Train associates to ensure continuous process
improvements. Conduct troubleshooting and preventive maintenance
for electrical and mechanical systems. Utilize knowledge of
preventative and predictive maintenance, PLC troubleshooting, and
electrical troubleshooting. Essential Skills Troubleshooting
skills. Preventive maintenance expertise. Electrical and mechanical
knowledge. 2-5 years maintenance experience in a manufacturing
setting. Additional Skills & Qualifications Enrolling in a
millwright or electrician apprenticeship may be required.
Journeyman card or 10 years maintenance experience is preferred for
highest paid candidates. Knowledge of operator basic care and
equipment efficiency metrics. Experience with electrical,
mechanical, machine rigging, light fabrication, power transmission,
bearings, lubrication, pneumatic systems. Understanding of
engineering drawings, specifications, equipment manuals, and
technical documentation. Strong leadership, verbal, written,
analytical, mathematical, reasoning, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with PCs, including the Microsoft Office family is
preferred. Experience with PC / PLC control systems is preferred.
Working knowledge of paper/nonwovens converting, slitting, winding,
filling, packaging, sealing, conveying, and associated equipment is

Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of
Sheboygan, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is
$52000.00 - $79040.00/yr. - Sign on bonus - 401 K, PTO, Visual,
Dental, and Health insurance - Other company benefits upon request
Workplace Type This is a fully onsite position in Sheboygan,WI.
