Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and industrial services, is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be an integral part of the maintenance department supporting the production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem-solving skills, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Maintenance Technician Location: Appleton, WI Pay Range: $20 Shift: Monday – Friday from 7:00 am to 4:30 pm, with flexibility to start early or stay late up to a few hours a week What's the Job? Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime and ensure smooth production flow Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on machinery and plant facilities Respond to emergency repairs during production hours to maintain operational efficiency Carry out simple machinist duties and mechanical repairs including electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform maintenance and repairs accurately What's Needed? At least 3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience High school diploma or GED Experience with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and work orders Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail What's in it for me?
