Plastic Extrusion Specialist 3 or more years of dedicated
experience designing tooling for profile, co-extrusion, and
tri-extrusion processes are all required to be considered Pay is up
to $90,000 annually Must be a United States citizen or Green Card
holder This position is onsite with no remote possibility Full-time
Permanent W-2 employee Full benefits No relocation Kohler,
Wisconsin area This full time, permanent Mechanical Design Engineer
- Plastic Extrusion Specialist is at a growing, very flexible,

position could grow into a department head position, if that is of
interest. The duties and responsibilities of the successful
candidate should include the following: Creating plastic extrusion
tooling designs for profile extrusion, co-extrusion and
tri-extrusion Directing the designing, building, modifying,
installing and maintaining efforts Assisting machine operators and
machinists Adjusting the extrusion tooling Working with the
manufacturing team to troubleshoot and improve production processes
The background of the successful candidate must include the
following: 3 years of plastic extrusion tooling design experience
for profile extrusion, co-extrusion and tri-extrusion 3 years of
strong extrusion processing experience Strong extrusion processing
knowledge A solid work history A US citizen or possess a green card
A residence within 45 minutes
