Hygiene is currently seeking an Environmental Engineer at our
facility in Menasha, WI. We’re looking for people who embody our

Will Do An Employee with uncompromised commitment to our I Care
journey which ensures a safe, healthy, and sustainable work
environment. Leader of site’s Environmental Management System
including writing, communicat ing and implementation of the s ite’s
environmental policies Ensure s adherence to environmental laws and
regulations at the site including monitoring and reporting Ensure s
implementation and completion of environmental related company
requirements Coordination of the RESH Environmental strategy and
RESH OGSM for areas of environment as appliable at site level
Identif ies important, emerging environmental trends and ensure s
that the s ite is equipped to continually improve Execute s
environmental awareness programs across the site in alignment with
company strategy Train s the Site Organization and support s
transfer of skills related to environment Coordinates
investigations and actions required through closure for
Environmental incidents , non - compliances, and non - conformities
Participates in internal and external environmental audits received
and coordina tion of site lead internal environmental audits Point
of contact for local environmental regulatory and affected
certification agencies Participant with local trade associations
regarding environmental topics Who You Are Bachelor’s degree in
environmental science, engineering, or a related field 1 years’
experience in environmental engineering or science preferred
Proficiency in understanding and applying relevant environmental
laws and regulations Experience in environmental management systems
Technical knowledge across a broad spectrum of environmental
aspects and requirements (e.g. water and wastewater, waste, air
emissions, incident prevention and response, reporting, etc.) A
bility to quickly learn systems used to manage environmental impact
within the organization MS Office including File Manager, Excel,
Word and Outlook, and Teams, or ability to learn in a timely manner
Good communication skills in both verbal and written form Problem
solving and conflict resolution skills Organization skills and
attention to detail Leadership skills and ability to manage change
