Operational Improvement is responsible for supporting the ThedaCare
south region system operational improvement goals and leading the
development of improvement skills and capabilities in the South
Region.Job Description:Position SummaryThe Director of Operational
Improvement is responsible for supporting the ThedaCare south
region system operational improvement goals and leading the
development of improvement skills and capabilities in the South
Region.Key Accountabilities 1. Organizes and coordinates/manages
operational improvement (QOS) for the ThedaCare South Region.2.
Supports the future state of becoming a high reliability
organization.3. Leads cross functional teams and implements
sustainable, scalable and transferable improvements4. Coaches,
trains, and mentors managers and directors in the operational
improvement tools to help accelerate the high reliability
organization journey both as a group and individually.5. Study and
benchmark other organizations that have been through operational
improvement transformation.6. Ensures operational improvement
initiatives align with ThedaCare system goals and objectives.7.
Serves in the role of project manager for significant operational
improvement initiatives.8. Coordinates/facilitates data management
to support manager and directors in their operational improvement
