Job Description Currently seeking a qualified executive assistant to the CEO. This individual will have experience with clerical work, strong communication skills and is comfortable working in high-pressure situations. Duties include: Assist CEO in managing day-to-day business operations, making appointments, maintaining calendar, booking travel, accommodating itineraries, running business and personal errands; manages written and verbal communications; arranges for activities and services; maintains information in a confidential manner; possess high attention to detail and organization. Manages employee relations, customer service and general business tasks. Works independently; meets deadline time-frames; maintains a poised attitude under pressure with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a deadline driven environment. Completes assigned tasks timely and in accordance with company procedures.
