Description:This person will act as a Project Manager for onboarding/integration of acquired Clinics within the company. This can include Financial, HR, Technology and Clinical Resources. This person will communicate and work with all levels of the organization including physicians, NPs, PAs, and clinic staff as well as all functional and support departments. - Responsible for all aspects of due diligence and pre-close integration preparation- Creates a comprehensive onboarding and integration plan specific to each practice and is responsible for a smoot execution while providing high levels of physician, PA, and NP satisfaction and operations support for staff- Provides onsite and remote support of clinic throughout assignment, post close through systems conversion, practice stabilization and hand off to operations- Manages communication, delivery and execution of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and other systems conversions, ensuring clinic and support services workflow are met- etcSkills:Medical, Administration, Health care, integration, implementation, project management, pmp certificationTop Skills Details:Project Management, Healthcare, AdministrationAdditional Skills & Qualifications:-Bachelors Degree - 1 plus year of Project Management experience- 2 plus years of Healthcare, Healthcare Laboratory or Clinical Experience- 2 years of operations experienceExperience Level:Expert Level About Aerotek:We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
