HOW YOU WILL DO IT
-- In the role as Director - Supply Chain Processes you will be responsible for the strategic direction and oversight of core global supply chain processes; including planning, procurement, inventory management, material control and warehousing in efforts to optimize our working capital and minimize material labor cost while meeting the needs of our customers and shareholders. Key Job Accountabilities:

• Talent Management: Accountable for developing, evaluating, and coaching team members to achieve their potential and ensure we have the ability to expand roles or move our team members to new roles in the future.
• Participate in the development of long term strategy and roadmaps in the areas of responsibility
• Ensure best in class process and standard work propagation in core Supply Chain functions across all Plexus manufacturing locations
• Actively communicate and work collaboratively with the Regional Material Leaders to institue and monitor performance metrics that drive accountability, continuous improvement and operational excellence across the Supply Chain organization
• Serve as a lean champion for Supply Chain and promote Digital Supply Chain applications Additional Accountabilities:
  • Establish an effective organizational design staffed with global Subject Matter Experts for each of the core Supply Chain processes
  • Act as approval authority for the SOP/WI/SFT and related documents applying to core Supply Chain processes
  • Operate as a key interface with IT to translate business requirements into effective systemic solutions
  • Benchmark the strategies, roadmaps, tools, processes and metrics of our competitors as well as other relevant industries
  • Essential point of contact with third party Supply Chain consultants and active Peer Networking Group member What we are looking for:
    • A minimum of a(n) Bachelor's degree in a related field is required; a(n) Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business or Engineering is preferred.
    • 10 years of related experience is required; Equivalent industry experience of 5 years is preferred
    • APICS or Black Belt Certification is a plus
    • Management/Supervisory skills including assertiveness, prioritizing and multi-tasking capabilities
    • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP programs are essential. Knowledge in Kinaxis and or Oracle JDE is highly desirable.
