This role is temporarily remote. Training is conducted virtually from your home. Bring along your passion and do your life's best work.SMThis team is created to improve the service experience of the Health Plans. - Represents the Health Plan internally and coordinates with the appropriate departments to address ongoing service needs. -Account Management is focused on relationship and service management of the Health Plans and their brokers. -This team will be responsible for managing the overall servicing of the Health Plans and their accounts in regard to All Savers. - This team will be responsible for managing the resolution of escalated issues that arise from the Health Plans in regard to quoting, writing, on-boarding and the overall servicing of accounts post installation.The Service Account Manager position will work directly with the Health Plans. -This position is designed to improve the service experience of the Health Plans and their brokers/clients. -The Service Account Managers will serve as a dedicated point of contact for escalated service issues for All Savers. -The Service Account Manager at times will work directly with the Dedicated Broker Services Team on escalated issues coming from our top producing All Savers brokers. -The Service Account Manager may assume a leadership role in special projects having an impact on service processes, tools and training requiring expert knowledge.Primary Responsibilities:

  • Educate and train the Health Plans and brokers on operational processes (i.e., UHOPS access, Broker Portal, Employer Portal) for All Savers, UnitedHealthcare Motion and future initiatives.
  • Build and sustain positive relationships with the Health Plans and their brokers and clients through direct and indirect communication.
  • Serve as the primary contact for the Account Executives, Renewal Account Coordinator, Renewal Account Executive and Account Consultant in regard to escalated service issues and to understand and manage Health Plan and broker expectations and service needs
  • Attempt to achieve first-contact resolution of issues; collaborate with dedicated functional experts to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
  • Confirm receipt and provide expected turnaround times for issue resolution to the broker/customer.
  • Research issues to analyze root causes and determine corrective action steps.
  • Resolve issues and/or coordinate internal resources to ensure end-to-end resolution of issues.
  • Monitor issues to ensure they are resolve within expected turnaround times.
  • Proactively update the Health Plan on issue status as required.
  • Communicate issue resolution to the Health Plan/Broker/Client within the expected turnaround times
  • Track and analyze process metrics to determine root causes and make improvement recommendations.
  • Assume leadership roles (facilitator) in projects focused on improving processesYou'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:
    • High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
    • 2+ years of experience in managing relationships with clients and / or vendors
    • 2+ years of experience in managing budgets, process improvement, and quality assurance
    • Intermediate skills with Microsoft Word (create and edit documents and add visual aids), Microsoft Excel (create, edit, sort, and filter pivot tables and -spreadsheets), and Microsoft PowerPoint (create and edit presentations)
    • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time (Domestic)
    • Ability to work any 8-hour shift between the hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM including the flexibility to work occasional overtime based on business need

      • Bachelor's Degree (or higher)
      • Understanding of claims processing systems
      • 5+ years of healthcare claims leadership experience
      • 2+ years of experience in developing presentations to include chartingTelecommuting Requirements:
        • Reside within De Pere, WI
        • Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy
        • Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
