Job Description:
Hoffmaster Group Inc, an industry leader producing the most
complete line of specialty disposable tabletop products for over 70
years, is currently seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager at our
Creative Converting facility in Clintonville, WI.
Hoffmastercompetes in three distinct business segments Foodservice,
Consumer, and E-Commerce.Our products can be found in thousands of
retailers, restaurants, hotels, and more. As a customer centric

The Continuous Improvement Manager works in partnership with the
Leadership team to lead performance improvement through lean
initiatives, effective problem-solving techniques, design and
management of key metrics and continuous improvement activities,
and the training and coaching of personnel to accomplish the same.
The Lean/CI Manager serves as a coach and facilitator with
operating managers and frontline employees on methods to
effectively integrate performance improvement activities into their
daily workload.
