We are seeking a new Culinary Operations Manager to join our team. Your role will be to assist our Chefs with maintaining the kitchen operations at our two locations. As a member of the BOH department, you will work with our Chefs and report to our General Manager. What You Will Do: Schedule all BOH employees Maintain PAR levels for all food products Order food products on a daily basis Count food products on a weekly basis Monitor the storage and organization of all food products Document & maintain operating procedures for all kitchen areas Update & maintain recipes in our system as needed Cook in various stations when needed What You Will Bring: Our ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience and the following credentials/skills: Some College Scheduling Ordering Food Cost Management Menu Planning Punctual Organization Culinary Management Pantry Fryer Broiling Sauteing Food Handling Kitchen Equipment Maintenance Why You'll Love Us: Republic is an urban steakhouse, modern in approach & classic in spirit. Salary range for this position is $50,000 - $54,500 per year.
