remote Program Manager - Gift Specialist at Morley, youll turn

for our clients recipients.This hands-on role calls for an
enthusiastic and experienced professional with a flair for
communication, organization and project management. You'll be
tasked with sourcing, recommending, personalizing and packaging
gifts and giveaway items that resonate with client brands.This is
an exciting opportunity to use your creative skills as part of a

clientele. We work as a team to deliver extraordinary
experiences.What You'll DoMerchandise selection: Help source a
variety of items, including luxury lifestyle gifts, branded swag
and event giveaways, ensuring they align with client brands and
budget. Offer creative suggestions for customizing, personalizing
and packaging gifts.Strategic planning: Independently develop gift
strategies that resonate with client and event objectives,
collaborating with diverse teams to understand and meet client
needs.Procurement and fulfillment: Manage all aspects of
merchandise procurement and delivery, guaranteeing accuracy,
timeliness and satisfaction.Inventory oversight: Keep an eye on
stock levels and ensure promotional materials and merch are
replenished and readily available.Supplier relations: Build and
maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure a reliable supply
of merchandise, negotiating competitive pricing and favorable
terms.Event support: Work closely with event planners to provide
merchandise solutions for conferences, trade shows, corporate
gatherings and incentive trips. Coordinate logistics for shipping
merchandise to event sites, both domestic and
international.Incentive payouts: Manage and strategize on gift card
and payout solutions tailored to various client needs.Quality
control: Ensure all merchandise meets quality standards. Conduct
