view the opportunity below. The Marketing Platform Manager role,
with a focus on creating data-driven email campaigns, will use our
Multi-Channel Marketing Platform (MCCM platform) and data to create
compelling and effective campaigns. These campaigns will drive
sales, improve customer engagement, and increase customer
loyalty.To exercise all capabilities of the platform and meet
Marketing business goals, this position will play the role of
system administrator, business analyst, technical implementation
lead, and strategist.Developing strong relationships and
communicating clearly across a wide range of partners and audiences
to design, scope, optimize, implement and manage multi-channel
marketing campaigns is also key. This role will work with a variety
of functional teams to support business growth and deliver exciting
campaigns.This role must be highly organized and detail-oriented
with a flair for understanding and explaining complex systems. They
will have a critical part to play in creating roadmaps for future
releases, actively monitoring accuracy and performance, solving for
current limitations, and contributing to overall digital marketing
strategy.This person will also:
- Support technology integrations, process workflows, and email
trigger/journey creation to launch new programs, ensure data
quality, and enable personalization at scale.
- Strong understanding of data integrations and technical
capabilities to recommend improvements to marketing processes and
launch of new initiatives.
- Develop and monitor project plans for the implementation of
enhancements that includes functional requirements, resources
needed, user acceptance testing, and overseeing the execution of
the plan to ensure timely delivery.
- Act as system administrator to manage any system upgrades,
issues/outages, permissions, etc., and provide training and support
for these tools.
- Design and implement processes within platform to maintain
quality standards and drive ongoing optimization and testing at
scale.
- Gather needs and use cases from various teams and translate
them into strategies and technology requirements to recommended
solutions based on platform capabilities.
- Channel marketing activities, including trade, channel and
category management. Digital/internet marketing activities,
including e-commerce, search engine optimization (SEO), social
media marketing, web content curation/marketing, etc.
- Direct marketing activities, via telephone, email, digital
and/or mobile communications.Review the qualifications listed

- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business, or equivalent
combination of education and experience. RequiredExperience
- 4-6 years With IBM Watson tools, or a similar multi-channel
