Job Description:

Established MD/OD ophthalmology practice is interested in adding an oculoplastic surgeon due to need in the area and the number of referrals the practice already generates. The position will be full time and focus solely on oculoplastics. The practice already has all the infrastructure needed to grow an oculoplastic practice. The practice offers a very collegial and family environment where staff is valued and educated on a regular basis. The new associate will receive all of the daily referrals out of the practice being referred internally and a large optometric referral network the practice that refers to the practice already. The practice has an in-office procedure room already and major cases will be handled at the practice owned surgery center. In clinic the practice will provide a scribe. Compensation will be generous - at least $300,000 with a production bonus. An equal share partnership track will be offered as well.
