DescriptionAre you a RN that enjoys working weekends Would you like to provide clinical visits to our hospice patients in the community as requested/needed If so, Read On!Heartland Hospice has an exciting opportunity for a RN to join our established growing hospice agency serving the Stevens Point and surrounding areas. This full-time or part-time RN position is a weekend position providing visits/admissions from 8am-8pm Friday, Saturday and Sunday. We are open to schedules and are open to every weekend or every other weekend schedule. Tell us your schedule and we will see if we can make it work. The RN - Registered Visit Nurse (hospice) position is a nurse who administers skilled nursing care to clients requiring professional nursing services in their homes and teaches/supervises the family and other members of the nursing team. The DON or Administrator may waive this experience requirementRegistered Nurses providing skilled intervention for PASSPORT Patients must have 2 years experience as an RN.Job Specific Details:Flexible Weekend RN Position working every other weekend or every weekend!
