  • ASAP - Ongoing
    
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday 8a-5p. Half-day Saturday in rotation with other providers (about 1:5).
    
  • Call Schedule: One week every other month. Phone coverage only. Calls triaged by nurse call center at tertiary care center before our providers are contacted (if need be).
    
  • 15-20 patients per day
    
  • 2-4 mid-levels, depending on availability of supervising physician
    
  • Locum will be responsible supervising other healthcare providers
    
  • Number of Exam Rooms: 2-3 per provider. Nine exam rooms total on site.
    
  • Services Available On-Site: Laboratory, Radiology, Behavioral Health, Dental, Optical
    
  • EMR: NextGen
    
  • Patient Population: Adult, Geriatric, Pediatrics, Newborns
    
  • Required Procedures: MAT management (medication assisted treatment for opioid dependence), EKG interpretation, General outpatient procedures
    
  • Must be comfortable with newborns - Required
    
  • DOT and MAT - Preferred
    
  • BLS, ACLS - Required
    
  • MI license - Required
    
  • Board Certified Family Medicine/BE within 5 years of residency – Required
