JOB SPECIFICS

• OSF Medical Group in Escanaba has an opportunity for a Family Medicine physician to join our dedicated primary care team of 3 Family Medicine physicians and 1 advanced practice provider.
• General office hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., with a flexible schedule available.
• Family Medicine physicians do provide some inpatient pediatric coverage. There are 10-12 physicians that are in the call rotation.
• Light call (phone call only) after hours during the week with nurse triage assistance.

    Qualifications
    
    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Education: Doctorate Licenses/Certifications: Physician Licensed to practice medicine in current state.
    • Board certified or board eligible in the appropriate specialty (ies).
    • Obtain and maintain medical staff membership and appropriate privileges.
    • Must be eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs.
    • Physician shall meet all qualifications to participate in OSF's programs for professional malpractice and other liability coverage.
    • Licensed by the Federal Drug Enforcement Administration and the State of Illinois to prescribe narcotics, if applicable.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
