myRNStaffing Solutions is assisting our client in Neenah, Wisconsin, to hire a hardworking, compassionate and caring Registered Nurse. This 17-week travel job is working nights in Med Surg. Shift Requirements 36 or 48 hours per week from 5:30pm - 6:00am. Unit Information: Very fast paced medical unit treating Neuro, Ortho, and Trauma Surgical Patients. Neenah is located on the banks of Lake Winnebago and the Fox River, so there's plenty of fun to be had this summer on your days off. Our client's policy is that the Travel Nurse live more than 50 miles from the facility.
Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse
Uses professional nursing skills through assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation and supervision of individual patient care for the adult patient ages 18-100+ according to departmental policies and procedures.
Accepts responsibility for collaboration of co-workers in the implementation of patient care.
Organizes and provides direct patient care incorporating clinical decision-making and prioritization of activities.
Education of the patient and family/significant other and other health care team members is provided by the Registered Nurse.
Provides assessment and planning for individualized patient care.
Responds quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment.
Requirements of the Med Surg RN:
Required certifications: WI RN License, AHA BLS, AHA NIHSS
MUST have experience with Neuro patients
Minimum 3 years experience REQUIRED
Minimum 2 years Med/Surg experience REQUIRED
Charting Experience: EPIC within the last year REQUIRED

Compensation and Benefits:
Salary: $63 - $68 per hour based on experience, benefit level and traveler status.*
