Job Description:
Specialty : CRNA Location :WI Will credential at 2 facilities
Reason For Coverage : asap ongoing Dates & Required Availability :
Minimum of 1 week/month ongoing (at least 5 consecutive shifts per
month) Shift Times : Monday-Friday; 6:30a-3:30p - Guaranteed an
8-hour day No Call shifts Credentialing Timeframe : 90 days - able
to expedite privs - 45 days dependent on availability and start
date Job Details : Setting:Inpatient 1 MD and 6 CRNAs -ANES MD
Supervises not medically directed Patient Volume: 4-10/day and
10-15/day Required Procedures: General Anesthesia Spinal Anes OB
Cases Ortho Cases If able to do Vent management -its a plus Case
Breakdown 50% General 15% OB Urology ENT Ortho EMR: EPIC Client
Requirements: BLS -ACLS -PALS All travel and lodging paid for
