• Employment Type: TravelStart Date: ASAP**THIS UNIT HAS THE CONTRACT END ON SUNDAY NOT SATURDAY-- Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 48 hrs. OT after 48 hours worked. -- Shift Requirements: 12 hour NOCS 700p-730a-- Float Requirements: AWH all inpatient units, as needed. Typically will float to higher acuity units -- On Call/Call Back Requirements: NA-- Weekend/Holiday Requirements: Every other weekend. Every other holiday -- Required Certifications: WI RN License, BLS and ACLS. -- Minimum Experience: 2+ years experience required- firm on this. .. Stepdown/ Intermediate/PCU experience REQUIRED. ICU experience, preferred. Trauma Level II preferred. Ventilator experience required. -- Charting Experience: EPIC preferred. -- Unit Information: 22 beds. Med Surg Intermediate Care unit. Heavy Tele. Stable, weaning Vents/Trach, sepsis, trauma alcohol detox, GI bleed, colostomy/ileostomy, chest tubes,TBI, Ortho Trauma, spinal cord injury and Stroke. Primary Patients/Insulin Drips Patient Ratio: 4:1.-- Hard worker, Resilient and Manages Change well, Social candidates: Able to manage independently and complete tasks timely- fast past unit -- Scrub Colors: any color scrubsCovid Vaccines Required - no exemptionsGuardian HealthStaff, LLC.
