FAM MD/DO need in East Jordan, MI

BC-FAM or truly BE, ACLS, BLS, MI License

Credentialing: 30-60 days

Start: ASAC

Schedule: M-F 8-5, half day Sat in rotation with other providers (about 1:5)

Call: One week every other month. Phone coverage ONLY.

Outpatient - 12 - 20 ppd

Staff Mix: 3 Physicians, 2-4 APPs

EMR: NextGen

Additional Info:
Locum will be responsible supervising other healthcare providers.
Number of Exam Rooms: 2-3 per provider. Nine exam rooms total on site.
Services Available On-Site: Laboratory, Radiology, Behavioral Health, Dental, Optical
