Job Description:

Evergreen is seeking compassionate and talented people to join the team in its Skilled Nursing Facility!

Full and part-time positions available on NOC Shift (10:00pm-6:15am). Every other weekend and holiday required.

Starting pay between $17.69-$23/hr.
$500 bonus after first 500 hours

Pick up pay- additional $4/hr.

- Communicate with residents and families Minimum Qualifications
  - 18 years of age
  - Nursing Assistant certification in the State of Wisconsin
  - Proof of COVID vaccine or approved exemption required Associated topics: anesthetist, anesthetist crna, arnp c, bilingual, cna, cnm, family medicine, gyn, specialist, splst
