Job Description Premier Medical Staffing Services is seeking a travel nurse RN Stepdown for a travel nursing job in Wausau, Wisconsin. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Stepdown - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 07/28/2025 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days, nights - Employment Type: Travel Cardiac Telemetry/Step Down RN, day or night shift available. Required: - 1 year strong cardiac experience - 2 years total experience in intermediate care/stepdown/tele - At least 1 completed travel contract - At least 1 year EPIC experience (recent) - Experience with Amiodarone, Cardizem, and Nitro Drips Patient ratio 1:4.
