dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare
team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care,
support clinical operations, and collaborate with healthcare
professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. This role
requires a strong commitment to patient safety, effective
communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced
environment. Duties Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and
develop individualized care plans. Administer medications and
treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor patient progress
and respond to changes in condition. Educate patients and their
families on health management and disease prevention. Collaborate
with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care for patients.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using electronic
health record systems such as Epic. Implement infection control
protocols to ensure patient safety. Provide specialized care in
areas such as mammography, behavioral health, long-term care, and
diagnostic evaluation. Perform procedures such as gastric lavage
when necessary. Ensure compliance with workers' compensation law
during patient treatment. Experience Candidates should possess the
following skills and experience: Valid Registered Nurse (RN)
license in the state of practice. Experience in various nursing
specialties, including but not limited to: - Familiarity with
electronic health record systems, particularly Epic. -Strong
critical thinking skills and the ability to make sound clinical
decisions. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for
