This role requires at least 2 years of recent experience in EMS or hospital-based settings. Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in trauma care, medication administration, airway management, and critical decision-making. /n This position may involve rotating shifts or floating to different units. Weekend, holiday, and on-call shifts may be required. Missed shifts must be made up. Compliance and onboarding typically take 4–6 weeks.
