Location: Rhinelander, WI 54501 – Northern Wisconsin healthcare
jobs - Setting: Intensive Care Unit (ICU) / Critical Care Unit -
Shift: 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM) - Hours per Week:
36 - Estimated Weekly Salary: $2100 - $2250 - Weekend/Holiday
Rotation: Every other weekend and every other holiday - Floating:
May float to similar units and nearby Aspirus healthcare facilities
within a 40-mile radius - On Call: On-call pay available during low
census hours - Start Date: October 6, 2025 - End Date: January 3,
2026 ICU Registered Nurse Qualifications - Active Wisconsin RN
license (Registered Nurse) - Current AHA or Red Cross BLS, ACLS,
and PALS certifications - Associate Degree or Certificate in
Nursing required - Minimum 2 years of recent ICU nursing experience
- Critical access or rural hospital experience highly preferred -
Experience caring for pediatric surgical patients (ENT or
orthopedic cases) a plus - Willingness to float to similar units
and nearby healthcare facilities as needed ICU RN Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill adult and
occasional pediatric patients - Maintain a 1:2 nurse-to-patient
ratio in the ICU - Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare
teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes - Document patient care
using EPIC electronic medical records (no prior EPIC experience
required) - Participate in weekend and holiday rotations as
scheduled - Float to similar units and nearby Aspirus healthcare
facilities as needed - Comply with all hospital policies,
