Job Description Internal Medicine/Pediatrics Physician - Green Bay, WI - Full-time, permanent position - Employed opportunity - H1 & J1 Visa SponsorshipOpportunity Overview Seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Internal Medicine/Pediatrics Physician to join its Clinic in Green Bay, WI. This busy, full-service clinic offers onsite lab, x-ray, physical therapy, diabetic education, lactation consulting, and behavioral health services. Practice Details Full-time schedule: 40 hours per week (minimum 28 patient-facing hours, 4 days per week) Phone-only call rotation: 1:30 No hospital requirements No weekends or holidays, except for on-call weekends Teaching opportunities available with medical students from the Medical College of Wisconsin Green Bay Compensation & Benefits 2-year compensation guarantee Production, Quality, and Value-Based Bonuses available Time Off: - 160 hours per fiscal year - 264 hours per fiscal year after compensation guarantee expires CME Allowance: $5,000 per fiscal year and 80 hours of time off Relocation Assistance: Up to $12,000 Comprehensive Benefits Package: - Health, vision, and dental insurance - Short- and long-term disability insurance - Life insurance - 401(k) with matching & 457(b) retirement plans - Professional liability insurance providedQualifications & Requirements Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Internal Medicine/Pediatrics Double Board Certification preferred Completion of ACGME/AOA-accredited residency within the past five years Must meet Bellin Medical Staff eligibility requirements
