compassion, and service. We are currently seeking a skilled and
caring Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Health Services
team./nAs an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing
high-quality, person-centered care while supporting residents’
physical, emotional, and overall well-being./nWhy You’ll Love This

plans for Assisted Living and Memory Care/n • Assist with training
and supporting medication aides and new team members/n • Model

Looking For:/n • LPN degree from an accredited nursing program with
current state licensure/n • 1–2 years of experience working with
older adults preferred/n • CPR/First Aid certification (or ability
to maintain per state requirements)/n • Strong clinical,
communication, and organizational skills/n • Compassion,
professionalism, and commitment to resident-centered care/n •
Ability to work rotating weekends and flexible hours as
