Nurse Practitioner | Family Practice Location: Redgranite, WI Employer: SUMO Medical Staffing Pay: $75 to $80 per hour Shift Information: Days - 5 days Start Date: ASAP About the Position Sumo Medical Staffing is recruiting an experienced Nurse Practitioner Primary Care Locum (Long-term Care) to work near Lohrville, Wisconsin (WI). The team is anticipating the coverage need for 3-days a week, estimated for Monday, 2/2/26. The role offers a competitive market rate and Locums benefit. 49608 – Nurse Practitioner Primary Care Locum Role: · Schedule: 3 days/week M-F (any three days ok, but must be consistent) up to 24 to 26 per week · Census: Adult Male – older with multiple comorbidities. · Scope: Long-term care experience. PPD: 10 to 12 people a day (depending on facility need). · Procedures: experience with minor (is a plus) · Availability: No weekends, No call, No holidays. Elbow support at another site. · Training: minimum – 2-weeks of training, could include 3 days of various EMR training. Requirements of the Nurse Practitioner Primary Care Locum role: WI state license; active, unrestricted. Board Certification, DEA, BLS. Experience preferred: 2-years; Inpatient – Family Practice. Corrections- ideas, not required.
