registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1 years RN experience

experienced Registered Nurse with Medical-Surgical and telemetry
skills to provide exceptional patient care in a Level III Trauma
Center environment. This contract position is located in Crivitz,
WI, offering a chance to contribute to a dedicated healthcare team
serving a community-focused hospital with 104 beds, including 47
general medical-surgical beds. Key Responsibilities: Deliver
comprehensive nursing care to adult medical-surgical patients,
including telemetry monitoring. Collaborate closely with
physicians, respiratory therapists, phlebotomists, and support
staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Utilize EPIC charting
system and operate Alaris infusion pumps and Pyxis medication
dispensing system efficiently. Maintain adherence to safety
protocols, including appropriate use of PPE. Participate in patient
care coordination while managing acuity-based patient ratios (RN
1:4-5 days, 1:5-6 nights). Complete at least one orientation shift
to familiarize with unit workflow. Desired Experience: Minimum of 2
years nursing experience in a medical-surgical or telemetry
setting. Current RN licensure with valid BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke
certifications. Competency in telemetry monitoring and critical
thinking skills. Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
