Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of Occupational Therapy experience required. A contract opportunity is available for a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide services across K-12 grade levels, including elementary, middle, and high school students, in a school setting located in Fond Du Lac, WI. This role is set to begin in January 2026 and will continue through June 2026, offering a consistent schedule throughout the academic semester. Key Responsibilities: Deliver occupational therapy services to students in grades K-12, tailoring interventions to meet the developmental needs of children across elementary to high school levels. Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop individualized education plans and support student progress. Document therapy sessions and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state regulations. Participate in team meetings and provide expertise regarding sensory integration, motor skills, and adaptive techniques. Qualifications: Active State License as an Occupational Therapist is required. Experience working with school-aged children across multiple grade levels is preferred. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
