Physical Therapist Location: Oshkosh, WI Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,486 per week Shift Information: Days - 4 days x 10 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Title: Physical Therapist Profession: Physical Therapist Specialty: Physical Therapist Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Monday through Thursday Hours per Shift: 10 hours Experience: 1 year required License: State license in Physical Therapy required Certifications: CPR certification preferred Must-Have: Evaluating physical therapy patients. Flexibility to float as needed. Ability to work every third weekend. Experience with electronic health records. Description: The Physical Therapist will be responsible for evaluating patients' needs and developing appropriate treatment plans. Work schedule is Monday through Thursday with 10 hour shifts. The position requires working every third weekend. Candidates must have a minimum of one year of experience in the field. Familiarity with electronic health records is required.
