Job Description:
SonderMind is actively seeking a dedicated Licensed Psychiatric
Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about using innovative

delivered. In this vital role, you will apply your expertise in
psychiatric nursing to assess, diagnose, and treat clients within a
tech-forward environment. This position offers the unique
opportunity to join a dynamic team dedicated to improving mental
health access and outcomes through a blend of personalized care and
cutting-edge technology. Conduct comprehensive assessments of
patients' mental and physical status based on symptoms and
behaviors. Prescribe appropriate medications and therapies, monitor
their effectiveness, and make adjustments as necessary. Provide
crisis intervention services and facilitate referrals to
appropriate services or care facilities. Collaborate with
therapists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to
plan or alter treatment approaches based on patient progress and
new insights from technology-driven data. Educate patients and
families on diagnosis, treatment options, and ongoing management of
mental health conditions. Advanced knowledge and clinical expertise
in psychiatric nursing practices. Experience with electronic health
records and telehealth platforms. Strong emotional intelligence and
patient empathy. Capability to work both independently and as part
of a multidisciplinary team. Medical Insurance Current licensure as
a Nurse Practitioner in the state of practice. Certification as a
Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)
required.
