Job Description:

solutions. We are currently seeking a skilled Certified Medication
Aide to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals. In
this role, you will be responsible for the safe administration of
medication to patients, ensuring adherence to our high standards of
care in alignment with state regulations and facility protocols.
Administer daily medication to patients under the supervision of a
registered nurse or a licensed practical nurse. Maintain accurate
patient records and document medication administration Observe
patients for reactions or side effects of medication and report to
medical personnel. Assist in updating treatment plans and pharmacy
records. Participate in training and educational sessions to stay
updated with the latest practices in medication administration.
Comply with all legal, safety, and institutional policies regarding
healthcare delivery. Proficient in pharmacology Able to work under
pressure in a fast-paced environment High level of accuracy and
attention to detail Strong organizational and communication skills
Empathy and resilience working within the correctional system
Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance
Certified Medication Aide Certificate from an accredited program
Valid state-specific certification CPR and First-Aid certification
preferred
