Summary: Ref : M-RN-294610 Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Long Term Care Job Type: Contract/Travel Start Date: ASAP Location: Janesville, WI Shift Schedule: Mon-Fri Shift Type: Days Rate: $2,704/40-hours Requirements: Active RN license in the practicing state. Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred. Strong clinical, communication, and patient-care skills. BLS required; additional certifications in geriatric or long-term care nursing preferred. Responsibilities: Assess and monitor resident conditions and vital signs. Administer medications, treatments, and interventions safely. Develop and follow individualized care plans. Educate residents and families on health management and care plans. Document care accurately and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
