Required Skills: Board-certified or eligible in Urology Valid medical license for practice Proven clinical expertise in urological procedures and patient management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail Nice to Have Skills: Experience with outpatient procedures and surgeries Prior experience with outreach clinics or rural medical practice Knowledge of healthcare systems in Wisconsin Comfort with on-call responsibilities and system calls Preferred Education and Experience: Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution Minimum of 2 years post-residency experience in urology Successful completion of a urology residency program Other Requirements: Availability for clinic and OR duties at least 7-10 days per month, including one weekend Flexibility for outreach to Wisconsin Rapids (1-2 days per month) Willingness to participate in system calls, based out of Wausau Active medical licensure in Wisconsin and relevant certifications Travel reimbursements and licensure costs covered where applicable This opportunity offers competitive pay at $1.00 per hour, along with weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits (W-2), and a robust referral bonus program.
