Job Description Physiatry Physician Opportunity in WisconsinAppleton, WisconsinOutpatient, full timeA growing, nonprofit health system in Northeast Wisconsin is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Physiatrist to join an expanding Orthopedic, Spine & Pain team in Appleton. This is a highly collaborative, multispecialty practice located under one roof with an integrated and collegial culture.Position Highlights• 100% outpatient clinic-based practice• Clinic case mix includes comprehensive physiatry diagnoses, including spine and neurological outpatient conditions• EMG competency required• Proficiency in clinic-based ultrasound-guided injections and other modalities• Inpatient call rotation (nights and weekends) for inpatient rehabilitation and consult coverage• Dedicated CMA support• Shared triage nurses dedicated to Pain and PM&R• Outreach to Oshkosh one day per week• 18–27 patients per 9-hour clinic day• Practice structured for high productivity with strong growth strategyTeam Composition• Advanced Practice Clinicians:* 1 PM&R APC* 4.5 Pain APC FTEs • Orthopedic Service Line includes 57 providers across Pain, Physiatry, Primary Care Sports Medicine, Orthopedic Surgery, and Walk-In servicesCompensation & Benefits• Competitive base salary• Generous sign-on bonus• 35 days paid time off (inclusive of vacation and CME)• CME allowance: $4,500 annually• Health, Dental, and Vision insurance• 403(b) retirement plan with company match• 457(b) retirement plan with company contribution• Short-term and long-term disability• Life insurance• Malpractice coverage with paid tail and Wisconsin Patient Compensation Fund coverage• Licensing and board fee reimbursement• Optional legal plan
