Opportunity:

Physician - Internal Medicine - Gastroenterology

Job Details:

• Work week on/week off schedule with 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM day shifts
• 
  
• No call responsibilities required
• 
  
• Clinic and scheduled procedures only with APC support in clinic
• 
  
• Preferred schedule of 1 day in clinic and 4 procedure days (flexible arrangement)
• 
  
• Daily schedule typically starts at 8:00 AM and ends at 5:00 PM
• 
  
• Day 1 orientation with EPIC support provided
• 
  
• Clinic and procedure setting in three brand new endoscopy suites
• 
  
• ERCP and EUS not required as they are not performed at this facility
• 
  
• Typically 10-14 procedures performed per day with skilled and efficient endoscopy teams
• 
  
• Anesthesia available for conscious sedation on certain days during specific blocks
• 
  
• Board certification required with minimum 3 years fellowship experience
• 
  
• ACLS and BLS certifications required
• 
  
• Upper and lower GI endoscopy procedures including biopsies, polyp removal, and various therapeutic interventions
• 
  
• Experience with esophageal procedures, sigmoidoscopy, and colonoscopy preferred
