Our Exciting Work EnvironmentAt The Turn powered by Topgolf Swing Suite, we offer an upscale but casual "eatertainment" venue with full-service dining menu, a sports bar atmosphere and a virtual sporting experience. There are simulator bays for gaming including golf, baseball, football, hockey, zombie dodgeball, and carnival games. We provide unique offerings for lunch, happy hour, dinner and game days. We're working behind the scenes and on the front lines - making each guest experience, moment and memory the best it can be.

The OpportunityWe are currently seeking a cook for our newly opened restaurant at Titletown, The Turn powered by Topgolf Swing Suite!

The cook position is part-time and year-round (based on individual availability). Experience the game day atmosphere while working behind the scenes in a fun and fast paced team environment.

ResponsibilitiesProperly measures and portions all food items
Cooks all food to proper specifications in a timely manner
Utilizes kitchen equipment to prepare food items such as knives, slivers, whips, pots, pans, warmers, steamers, grills, ovens, etc.
Ensures proper food temperatures are maintained and food is stored correctly
Ensures quality and freshness of all menu items
Performs opening, closing, and side work duties as instructed

QualificationsMust be at least 18 years old
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and all major stadium events including Family Night, pre-season, regular season, and any potential playoff Packers games
Minimum of 6 months - 1 year previous experience in back of the house foodservice
Ability to read and understand recipes and food abreviations
Basic math skills; ability to understand, calculate and follow recipe measurements and proportions
Ability to lift and carry large pans from ovens or freezers, weighing up to 50 pounds
Familiarity and experience with knife handling preferred
