Requirements: --- Must be 14 years or older --- Able to lift 40 lbs --- Stand on your feet for up to eight hours Benefits: --- 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan with 3.5% matching contributions --- Flexible and family friendly hours --- Store discount Responsibilities: The Retail Sales Associate is responsible for creating a friendly, clean, and safe atmosphere where our customers and donors feel welcome and comfortable. Responsibilities include: --- Operate cash register accurately and efficiently. --- Answer and respond to telephone customers in professional manner. --- Support donors with their donations: Transfer merchandise from donor vehicle to building and offers tax receipts to every donor. Keeps inside and outside of donation center organized and clean. --- Assist in stocking sales floor, stock rotation, displays and organization of merchandise. --- Actively participate and support raising funds for the AbleLight charity through "round ups" at the register and other events initiated by AbleLight. This list does not contain all responsibilities of a Retail Sales Associate. There may be other duties assigned during the workday.
