qualified Physical Therapist (PT) in Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin,
54235! Pay Information $1,820 to $3,000 per week About The Position

Monday through Friday, 8-hour day shifts 30 patient visits per week
Home health setting EMR: HCHB OASIS documentation experience
required Minimum 12 months home health experience in past 3 years
We provide complimentary housing and travel We arrange and cover
costs for licensing and malpractice We simplify the credentialing

(based on a 40-hour work week). Includes estimated taxable wages of
$23.00 - $40.00 per hour and estimated tax-free reimbursements for
meals, incidentals, and housing of $900 - $1,400 per week based on
